Deep House Archives Vol. 30 - Red Flag Act

Greetings,

This DHA update is a special one. March of 2011 marks the 4th year since the revival of the Deep House Archives website and the update to celebrate this, happens to be the 30th of the podcast. Surely, in this issue, the blog returns once again to its signature sound with "Red Flag Act", mixed by Theo Zanos. A selection of deep house gems, that somehow escaped being featured in previous mixes, but merge nicely in a mix that sets the mood for the warmer days up ahead. On top of that, we offer, once again, a live recording from the weekly DHA residency at Suite 701 @ Montreal.

A special thank you to all the listeners of Deep House Archives for the hundreds of emails and comments of support, during these 4 years. Special thanks also go to 96dpi for providing the photo art for the mix.

Don't forget that you can also join the deep house archives mailing list to receive alerts about updates.

Here's the tracklisting for the mix

Been following since 2001. HOW DID I MISS THIS ONE? This is a very tasty selection.

I think there is a James Bond theme sample in there, but I don't recall which film.

Every track is strong.

Thanks for keeping this going and keeping them up. We are listening.

Did you notice your stuff has been immortalized in the Internet Archives?
