The title of track 3 in the cue file has two sets of quotation marks. Some players can't handle that. Foobar2000 is one of them. Also Nero Burning Rom and ImgBurn can't handle those titles. I changed them to single quotes, which works fine in Foobar but still doesn't work in Nero.
